A different blend of ripening ferments, which in addition to guiding fermentation, provide flavors typical of traditional cheeses, different from those of Ferlac Vegan Cheese I.

Ingredients: Lb.Casei and St.Thermophilus produced in synthetic ( non-dairy ) media.
Sachet content: 3 grs.
Recommended dosage: 1 g per kg of vegetable substrate.
